Our Wedding Anniversary at Château Élan (October 2004)
Braselton, GA, USA

The Atrium of the Inn at Chateau Elan. This spacious area was designed after an 1898 Paris railway station.

The pools (indoor and outdoor) at the Inn.

When we returned from dinner the first night, we found cheese, fruit, choclolate, and wine set out for us.

The second night (our anniversary night), we found the bed turned down with rose petals...

...and cake and chocolate covered strawberries set out.

This is the winery at Chateau Elan.

Linda sits by the fountain and bronze statue in front of the winery.

We went on a tour to see how the wine was made.

The grapes are fermented in these huge stainless steel vats.

The cask room. The wine is aged in these oak barrels until ready for bottling.

A mural that was inside the winery.

Part of the Chateau Elan vinyards.
