To the best of my knowledge, there was only one Extended Play 45 issued in the United States. It was issued for Jukebox use only and was never commercially available to the general public. It is a Compact 33 1/3 single. The cover has the same picture that appears on the Girl Talk LP. The back of the cover is blank. The label was a blue Mercury label and there were three songs on each side. It comes with Title Strips and miniature front covers (click on the Jacket thumbnail image to view them).
