Hi! Welcome to my very own web site! Here you can visit the tributes I've done for some of my favorite singers, see my Hale-Bopp comet pictures, learn a little about me, or check out my links to other folks' sites. I got this site from PowWeb Hosting, and if you are tired of ads, pop-ups, and lousy performance from those free site providers, and you want your-very-own-name.com, check them out! (If you sign up, please put patswayne.com in the referral blank on the order form.)

See below for instructions on how to download pictures or audio clips from my pages.
Some of my favorites singers, that I've done fan sites for.

Miscellaneous links  (close)
  • Internet Whois. See who owns a particular domain (something.com or the like).
  • The Realm of the Druid Princess. Info about Scotland. And for a good laugh, check out this page on her site.
  • The Garden of Eden. The famous Eve Astrid Andersson, one of the most fascinating "cyber people" you'll ever meet. (Hint -- click on everything, including each letter of the word "famous" at the top of her page). And see her new site here.
  • Johanna's Corner. If you like either Star Trek or Latin, you'll like this site.
  • The Grammar Lady. She makes grammar fun.
  • Valley URL -- The ValleySpeak Translator. Like, translate the text on any web page to ValleySpeak (fer sure). But like, it won't work with frames, 'cause they're, you know, grody to the max!
  • Plez Joyner's Hot Links. Some very useful links here. And if your musical tastes are soul, funk, rap or hip-hop, check out his main page.
  • The Grateful Dyed. All about dying your hair with Koolaid. Not much there now, but maybe it'll come back. (I guess I put this here for Cyndi Lauper fans who visit.)
  • Routes International. Info about transportation all over the world. Check out their museum links!
  • American Airpower Heritage Museum. A museum of American air power in WWII. You could spend a whole day on this site!
  • My son's site. I think he's outgrown and abandonded it.

  • Pat's Banner Links  Here's where I put "link trade" banners.

How to download pictures or audio clips from my pages.
To download a picture, first click on the thumbnail of the picture you want to save (if you have not done it already). Then right-click anywhere on the large picture. Select "Save image as" from the menu that pops up. Change the name and path in the box that pops up if you want to, and then click the Save button.
To download an audio clip, right click on the underlined word "here" that links to the clip. Select "Save link as" from the menu that pops up. Change the name and path in the box that pops up if you want to, and then click the Save button.

Looking for something different to watch on TV?
Try "In Search of the Lord's Way" (what, another religious program?). This one is different: 1) There are never any appeals for money, and no items for sale. 2) The program presents simple non-denominational Bible lessons intended to encourage and educate.
For station and time in your area, see their web page.
